January 19: Webcast - Social Media Ethics for Lawyers #MCLE

As lawyers expand their involvement in social media, they need to be aware of emerging ethical violations that may result from their online activities. As a lawyer and the author of The Lawyer’s Guide to Social Media and two more books on social media and the law, John Browning has spent a great deal of time examining this issue and will offer some valuable insight into emerging issues. Sally Field is an attorney of more than 30 years and has spoken on numerous ethics topics over the years. She will offer attendees perspective on how the Model Rules of Professional Conduct translate to social media.
