November 11: Seattle - Collaborative Law: Reaching Settlement Outside the Adversarial Process of Court

This CLE will provide a an overview of the Collaborative process of resolving family law conflicts through a durable agreement by the parties, assisted by Collaborative Law attorneys and other trained professionals. We will briefly touch on the Legislation governing the Collaborative practice and will offer practical tips for deciding whether or not your client would be successful in a Collaborative divorce, what a collaborative divorce looks like, and who the “players” are.
