October 14: Multiple Locations - Representing Immigrant Victims of Human Trafficking and Violent Crime

The Department of Homeland Security has created two special visas for immigrants who are victims of trafficking (T Visa) and other serious crimes (U Visa). These visas were created to encourage victims to come forward, report their persecutors, and assist law enforcement in the fight against criminals who target these vulnerable populations. Come learn about how pro bono lawyers can help file these visa applications, which generally require no court appearances or interviews.
