June 29: San Franscisco - Supreme Court Review #MCLE

Come join our distinguished panel of Supreme Court experts for a lively discussion of the significant cases of the 2014-2015 Term, including King v. Burwell (regarding subsidies for health care coverage purchased through federal exchanges under the Affordable Care Act), Williams-Yulee v. The Florida Bar (whether Florida’s ban on the personal solicitation of campaign funds by candidates for judgeships violates the First Amendment), and Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs v.
