Entrepreneurs often have great ideas for new products or services, but need help navigating legal, organizational and competitive challenges to turning an idea into a new venture. Those entrepreneurs need attorneys who understand that their role goes beyond the basics of drafting and filing incorporation documents to include serving as business advisors on issues like board composition, business planning, founders’ equity, intellectual property protection and commercialization, and employment and trade secret issues.
