October 7: San Francisco - How to Lay a Domestic Violence Record for Appeal

This training covers the “Top 10” things that trial attorneys can do to make sure a domestic violence or family law case is positioned for a possible appeal. The training is specific to domestic violence and family law cases but has broader application for attorneys practicing in other areas insofar as much of it covers civil procedure issues.
All active ALRP Panel Attorneys and associates at partner pro bono law firms are welcome to attend any of ALRP’s free MCLE trainings. Attorneys who are not currently members of the Panel are requested to join our Panel and accept two ALRP referrals in the next year. Pre-registration is required to attend.
