  • The issue of whether a good faith belief that a patent is invalid can provide a defense to induced infringement, with an emphasis on Commil USA LLC v. Cisco Systems Inc. case
  • The issue of whether the International Trade Commission has the authority to hear inducement patent infringement cases where a product is found to infringe after importation, with an emphasis on the ongoing Suprema Inc. et al. v. International Trade Commission case
