  • Carlos J. Cuevas, Esq. has more than twenty-five years of bankruptcy experience and has been an AV rated for over ten years. He has taught bankruptcy, commercial and civil litigation at both New York Law School and St. John’s University School of Law. 
  • Wayne Greenwald concentrates in bankruptcy, debtor-creditor law and business litigation. He is recognized as an authority on the interplay between criminal law and bankruptcy law. As such, he is often consulted when cases have overlapping criminal and insolvency issues. Mr. Greenwald vice-chaired the Defense Research Institute’s Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy Special Litigation Group, formerly co-chaired the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Commercial Fraud Task Force and was a fellow in the Center for International Legal Studies. He lectures frequently and published or edited articles, treatises and books on bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, including the impact of the 2005 Bankruptcy Code Amendments on divorce proceedings. Wayne Greenwald was named a New York “Superlawyer” for 2007, 2008 and 2011.
