Immigration law expert Ginger Jacobs passionately discusses options available to immigrant victims of domestic violence. Options include filing Petition I-360, obtaining a U visa or cancelling removal proceedings. After attending this program, immigration attorneys will know how to recognize and provide sound representation for victims of domestic violence.
