July 24/Web: New Trends in the Investigation and Discovery of a Construction Defect Claim

California recently adopted Form Interrogatories for Construction Litigation for cases involving 6 or less residential homes.  How will this affect cases nationally? Will other states follow?  Should counsel obtain court approval to use these interrogatories in other cases involving more than 6 houses? Should counsel be re-drafting and updating the standard interrogatories in CMOs to address current issues?  This webinar will discuss how written discovery can assist carriers nationally in assessing risk transfer opportunities, setting meaningful reserves and defense counsel in obtaining as much insurance coverage as possible for their client.
Pre-registration required.
