August 27/San Diego: A Legal Overview of the Supreme Court and Marriage Equality #MCLE

The Honorable Susan Davis
United States Representative,
53rd Congressional District of California
The U.S. Supreme Court recently decided two cases pertaining to marriage equality. DOMA was struck down, and marriage equality was allowed in California through the Court's Propostion 8 ruling. The San Diego Lawyer Chapter of the American Constitution Society and The San Diego LGBT Community Center presents a conversation about the changing state of the law and what it means for LGBT families, constitutional development, impacts on immigration, and what this all means for your taxes.
