Speaker:
Daniel Jaffe joined the faculty at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2006 after 14 years as a practicing attorney with the international law firm Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, LLP. Professor Jaffe teaches courses at Case Western Reserve University School of Law in both Education Law and Contract Drafting. His law practice at Squire Sanders focused on representation of public school boards of education in Ohio, and encompassed scores of negotiations with teachers’ unions and the public sector unions representing the non-certificated staff. Professor Jaffe is a co-author of West Publications’ Ohio School Law Handbook, a comprehensive practical guide to the law as it relates to public schools in Ohio. He has both a BA and J.D. degree from Columbia University.
