November 18/Chicago+Web: New Lawyer Toolkit: Basic Skills for the New Attorney #MCLE

This toolkit for the newly-admitted attorney will address important areas of concern with respect to ethics, civility, mental illness and addiction and professionalism in the legal profession, including: Ethics and Social Media: What New Lawyers Need to Know; MCLE Requirements; The Impaired Lawyer: Lawyers and Addiction; Work-Life Balance Panel Discussion: Practical Tips for New Lawyers; Civility Panel Discussion: How to Play Nice; Pro Bono: Supreme Court Rules and Opportunities; and Mentoring Panel Discussion: The Value of Mentoring for New Lawyers; and Ethics for New Attorneys.
The New Lawyer Tool Kit is designed to satisfy the 6 hour Basic Skills course required for new lawyers by IL Supreme Court Rule 793.
Free to members of the Chicago Bar Association.
