June 15/Minneapolis: Intellectual Property Strategies: Seizing Opportunities and Managing Risks #MCLE

This free CLE seminar, tailored for in-house counsel and business lawyers, covers patent issues affecting the rights, obligations and competitive strategies of businesses. The seminar combines lectures covering substantive legal topics and case law updates in the context of practical business considerations.
There have been a great number of changes in patent law over the last year. Therefore, this year’s seminar will focus on the more complicated aspects of patent prosecution, ownership, and enforcement in this time of change. We expect that the new Intellectual Property Strategies: Seizing Opportunities and Managing Risks seminar in 2012 will be of particular interest to in-house counsel who regularly encounter patent law issues.
If for some reason you will be unable to attend, a webcasting of the seminar will be available through the West LegalEdcenter®.

Kinney & Lange’s seminar educates the legal community about intellectual property law issues and provides a service to the legal community as a "thank you" for our success over the years. We first presented the seminar in Minneapolis in 1984. As we planned our first half-day seminar, we hoped 50 to 75 people would attend. We were pleasantly surprised to receive over 400 registrations. With each subsequent seminar, we expected the seminar’s novelty to diminish. However, the seminar has always received an enthusiastic response, as thousands of people have attended our seminars over the years.
We are pleased and proud to share our expertise with communities that have fostered our success over the years. We hope you will attend our seminar in 2012.
