The rapid expansion of social media has created a number of legal pitfalls for employers and employees. Dan M. Forman is a Partner of Carlton, DiSante & Freudenberger. For nearly 20 years, he has helped his clients obtain the efficient resolution of trade secret, complex commercial and a broad range of employment and labor issues and disputes. He has experience representing his clients during investigations and at hearings before California's Labor Commissioner, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Employment Development Department, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and similar agencies on a variety of issues.
