FREE to Nevada-licensed or Emeritus-certified attorneys willing to sign up for the "Pro Bono Eviction Appeals Panel" and commit to arguing one or more appeals on a rotating basis. Eviction appeals are held during Judge Bixler's Wednesday morning calendar call.
