Many practice management systems claim to integrate with Microsoft Outlook, so it’s important to understand what a good integration between a practice management system and Microsoft Outlook should include. A solid integration should allow you to save email and attachments and know what information is being shared between Microsoft Outlook and the practice management solution, as well as how often it is updated.
