Mar 10/Seattle, WA - Multicultural Witness Preparation: Learn why there are very few Ford “Pintos” in Brazil and other helpful miscommunication anecdotes.

This seminar is designed to provide attorneys with the information and skills that will aid them in preparing witnesses for trials and depositions.  While focus on prepping witnesses from non-American backgrounds, the techniques outlined will provide practitioners useful tips on how to handle people from any walk of life.  Attendees will gain a better understanding of how to deal and communicate with foreign clients as well as receive tips on effective cross cultural communication. Attendees will also gain an understanding of "what not to do" when dealing with multi-cultural witnesses and clients.
